AGREEMENT. All product is determined to be in proper working condition and cosmetically undamaged before leaving THOR. Upon leaving the THOR facility, dealer assumes responsibility and liability for the product listed below until it is returned to the THOR facility. Any costs incurred by THOR to repair or replace the listed product, restoring it to proper working condition or to a cosmetically undamaged state, will be charged to your credit card.

HOURS. Shipping and receiving product is available during normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

PERIOD OF USE. All product must be shipped back to THOR within 30 days of the agreement. If dealer requests for alternate arrangements other than these dates this may be accepted by THOR at its discretion. If the product is returned in its original condition on time, no charges will be incurred other than the return shipping expense. If you should choose to keep the product, we will send you an invoice for the product. By signing this form, you authorize THOR to charge your credit card for service charges incurred past the loan period.
