Important Customer Update: U.S. Tariff Refund Status – June 4, 2026
As additional information has become available and recovery efforts have progressed, we are providing the following status update.

We are continuing to work with our manufacturing, logistics, and customs partners to identify and pursue any potential U.S. tariff refunds related to past imports. Because our products entered the United States through multiple shipping and import channels, the review process is complex and requires extensive auditing and verification.

At this time, we have not received any tariff refund payments or confirmed disbursement schedules, and various partners continue to evaluate and pursue available recovery opportunities.

Many aspects of the process remain uncertain, including whether refunds will ultimately be approved, the amount of any recovery, and when any funds might be received. Significant legal, administrative, and documentation challenges remain. Customers should not assume that refunds will be approved, recovered, or distributed in any amount or timeframe.

We remain committed to pursuing all reasonable recovery opportunities. If funds are ultimately recovered and made available to us, we will evaluate potential customer credits or adjustments as appropriate based on the circumstances of affected transactions.
